At Zeluria, we're committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Our daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed before this time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated transit time is 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Total estimated delivery time: 7–13 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that all orders are fulfilled from our international warehouses. Estimated delivery times already account for this. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are included — you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may amend or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To do so, please email us as soon as possible at info@zeluria.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy in that case.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
You can track your order at any time via our Track My Order page.

All payments are processed using SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All prices are in USD.
7. Delivered Orders — Package Not Received
A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Double-checking the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Checking around your property and any safe delivery spots
- Asking household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the parcel
- Contacting the carrier directly for further delivery details
Zeluria is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will gladly assist by providing tracking details and helping you open an investigation with the carrier.
8. Refused, Uncollected, or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is refused upon delivery, left uncollected, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, a processing and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from any applicable refund. This covers the shipping and handling costs incurred.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Zeluria is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at info@zeluria.com. Additional fees may apply for address changes after dispatch.
10. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes or peak periods
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather or holidays
- Other events outside our control
We appreciate your patience. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will investigate as quickly as possible.
11. Urgent Orders
If you require expedited assistance with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee priority dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
