1. Can I Return My Order?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, including any accessories, tags, and original packaging where possible.
- The product must not show signs of wear, wash, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
- Any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
2. How to Return an Order
If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at info@zeluria.com.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return request.
- Wait for our team to confirm your return is approved and provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Do not send your return to the address shown on the original package. Returns are only accepted at the address confirmed by our customer support team. Returns sent to any other address will not be processed.
Return requests can only be processed after your order has been delivered. Orders still in transit cannot be recalled or returned.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@zeluria.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please wait for delivery and then follow the standard returns process above.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is declined, we will notify you by email with the reason.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee on any approved return.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked postal service (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for all returns. Zeluria cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
7. Refused, Uncollected, or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is refused upon delivery, left uncollected, or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a processing and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from any applicable refund. This covers the shipping and handling costs incurred.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zeluria.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice — at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
9. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law, including any state-specific return or cancellation rights that cannot be waived by contract.
